Hello, I am Atsuko Chikami of Source International working as a licenced tour guide for foreigners. ( English/ Licence No. EN00268)
I have always enjoyed communicating with people both in Japan and overseas since I was a child. My desire is for people all over the world to better understand Japan and to hear the voices of Japan not only from information through the media, but through promoting international exchange and developing friendship. I hope to bridge the gaps between the Japanese and foreign community, and to foster an understanding started from smiles.
I strongly believe that the world will become more peaceful when filled with great joy (smiles). It is my dream to create excitement (Waku-Waku in Japanese). What I intend to achieve is to break the so called “Language barrier” and promote cross-cultural communication.
Finally, I hope build a “foreigner-friendly hotel” in Central Japan utilizing the experiences gained from our current business. This would be Japan’s first specially Integrated building for foreigners. Our goal is to provide a one-stop service for foreign visitors to Japan.
